What and why does migraine occur?
Migraine is a type of headache, which can take the form of severe pain on one side of the head. It is often accompanied by restlessness, vomiting, and extreme sensitivity to light and sound. Migraine pain can last from hours to several days. This pain can be so severe that it can interfere with your daily activities.
Before this pain, you may also notice some symptoms which include difficulty in seeing such as excessive brightness of light, dark spots, tingling on one side of the face or in the arm or leg and difficulty in speaking. Many people may see all these things before migraine.

1.Cheese
Camembert, Cheddar, aged cheeses are much liked for their taste. But these are also commonly known as migraine triggers. A 2012 study published in Neurological Sciences found aged cheeses to be one of the most common foods that trigger migraines.
2.Chocolate
We all like chocolate very much. But this is not a boon for those who suffer from migraine. According to the American Migraine Foundation, chocolate is considered a common trigger for migraines. It affects an estimated 22 percent of people who experience migraine.
Chocolate contains caffeine and beta-phenylethylamine, which can cause headaches in some people.
3. Coffee
Caffeine has an unclear or complex relationship with migraine. Caffeine has been linked to migraine for many years, on the one hand as a trigger, and on the other as a treatment. The study found little evidence that all migraine patients should stop consuming caffeine. It has been emphasized that excessive use of caffeine can cause migraine, and suddenly stopping caffeine can increase migraine pain.

Beverages that contain high amounts of caffeine can trigger your migraine. It includes drinks like coffee, tea and soda. While moderate amounts of caffeine may ease your headache or have the very opposite effect, causing migraines.
5. Citrus Fruits
Eating lots of fresh fruits is a great way to avoid pain, just be careful with citrus fruits. While some people say that oranges, grapefruits, lemons give them headaches, try tracking your migraines to see if avoiding these fruits makes a difference. Because these fruits are not very common triggers.
