1 Skull tapping
After waking up in the morning, tapping on the entire scalp can be done for 1-2 minutes. This will cause hair growth. Hair fall will reduce. You will also get relief from headache. Scientific studies show that patting relieves the brain and body of stress and negative emotions. Also the central nervous system remains calm and controlled.
2 Poop in Malasana
It is important to drink 1-2 glasses of lukewarm water in Malasana after waking up in the morning. Also, if there is no problem in the bones, then Poop Malasana should be done while sitting. During that time Apana Mudra should also be adopted. This strengthens the lower part of the body. Malasana provides relief from constipation. Period is regulated. Digestion improves. Waste materials are removed from the body.
For Apana Mudra, first of all place the palms upwards on your feet. Now join the middle and ring fingers of each hand with the tip of the thumb of the respective hand. Apana Mudra can provide relief from piles. It also stabilizes the mental status.

4 Oil Pulling
Oil pulling therapy can reduce the total oral bacteria count. It can reduce plaque and gum problems. Apart from this, it can also help in reducing the sensitivity of tooth decay. In this way, it improves oral health and reduces the risk of colon cancer. Oil pulling is done every morning on an empty stomach.
Place a tablespoon of edible oil – usually sesame or coconut oil – in the mouth. Swish it vigorously through your teeth with your mouth closed for about 3 to 20 minutes. When you are done, spit out the oil and wash your face with warm water.
5 Tongue cleaning
Tongue cleaning strengthens gut health. Removes toxins from the body and makes the skin healthy. For this, clean the tongue gently with a clean, tight cleaner. Wash your mouth after cleaning.
